How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply select the product(s) you’d like to purchase and add them to cart. Then fill in your delivery details if you’ve never shopped with us before, and proceed to checkout and payment. A confirmation email will be sent upon completed payment.
I have ordered and completed payment. What should I do next?
Your order will be processed and you will be notified with a tracking number when your order is being delivered should you opt for delivery. For store pick up option, just wait for a notification from our side that informs you when your order is ready for pick up.
What are the payment methods available?
The payment options available are:-
FPX online banking
Offline transfer (bankin to our bank account via your online bank apps – payment slip must be sent via WhatsApp).
Credit card Visa / Mastercard (One time instant payment or easy payment plan)
BNPL (SPay, Atome, PayLater by Grab)
EWallet (TNG, GrabPay, ShopeePay)
Do uSphere keep my credit / debit card details?
No. We don’t store any of your payment credentials in our website. We are partnering with a trusted and highly reliable payment gateway provider. So your information are totally secured and encrypted.
What is uSphere return policy?
You can return it or request for an exchange upon receiving the order. Most orders are returnable within 7 calendar days upon receipt if they are incorrect, damaged or defective / DOA.
Incorrect: The item is not the item you ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.
Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt.
Defective: The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer.
*Certain items are not eligible to be returned or refunded, such as cosmetics issue (unless spotted during checking right upon purchase in our store), or any services such as extended warranty, or accessories such as screen protector or tempered glass, and cases that have been used due to hygiene issues.
Returned items must meet the following requirements: The item must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days upon receipt (as proved by the postal or courier receipt). Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, accessories in the box) and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Item must be unused or has not been installed. All securely sealed items must not be opened or tampered.
How do I track my order status?
You can track your order by clicking into the ‘MY ACCOUNT or ‘MY ORDER’ button at the top of the page. You will find the tracking number there and can use it in the tracking page from the courier’s official website.
When will I receive my order?
Courer Delivery for West Malaysia will take from 2 to 3 working days, unless stipulated otherwise.
For East Malaysia delivery will take longer time up to 5 working days.
Store Pickup: Only applicable for customers from Klang Valley Our team will notify you via call / WhatsApp or email when your order is ready for pickup.
Additionally, please note that during public h9liday or promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Is the shipping secured and safe?
Yes! Worry not because all our parcels are insured and you are protected from any liability during the shipping process from uSphere to your address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change your order or cancel the order as long the item has not being shipped to your address. Once it’s being shipped, any cancellation is only applicable the same as uSphere’s return policy.
However, for exchange, you can do so even after receiving the item, as long as the product remain sealed and to return in the same condition as when you received. To proceed, please contact us at +6012-8593680 for arrangement.
What are the terms and conditions for all the discounts and promotions?
Each promotion and campaign will have its own T&C and some might require special condition to be eligible. Please also check on the expiry date of each campaign / voucher / discount code before proceeding to checkout.
